One of the most common reasons for connectivity issues with the APP is usually because the wifi connection between the devices and the network is not set up properly.
If you experience the wifi connectivity issues, please unplug your machine, let it stand for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Press and hold the Power Button for 30 seconds until the light on the front of the machine starts blinking. That tells you it is re-booting. This should fix the issue!
