To access the settings menu on the coffee maker's digital display, you need to press and hold the power button for five seconds. This will allow you to make adjustments and customize your brewing options.

Once you have accessed the settings menu, you can navigate to the "Brewing Options" menu using the arrow buttons. This menu will provide you with different brewing options to choose from.

Next, you need to select "Manual Mode" from the "Brewing Options" menu. You can do this by scrolling down using the arrow buttons and pressing the center button to confirm your selection. Manual Mode allows you to have complete control over the brewing process.

After selecting Manual Mode, you can return to the main screen. To start the manual brewing process with your customized settings, simply press the large "Brew" button. This will initiate the brewing process according to the settings you have chosen.
