Understanding Your HealthCare Options

We provide a variety of healthcare plans to cater to the diversified needs of our employees. Understanding these coverage options is crucial: HMO, PPO, or HDHP.

 

Enrolling in a Plan

New hires have 60 days to select a healthcare plan. For existing employees, annual open enrollment periods are designated.

 

Using Your HealthCare Plan

After enrollment, you will receive an ID card that you must present at doctors’ appointments or pharmacies. You can access a network of healthcare providers, prescriptions, preventive care services, and more.

 

Health Savings and Flexible Spending Account

On top of your healthcare plan, you can contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to save for healthcare expenses.
