Parcel Shipping

Depending on what rate you select in checkout, your order will arrive:

Economy	Standard	Expedited	Premium
5-7 business days	3-5 business days	2 business days	1 business day

Oversized Shipping

Certain products and/or brands require special handling, are oversized or weigh more than 150 pounds are sent by Oversized Shipping.

Things to know:

• Orders usually arrive within 8-10 days from the order date.
• We will email/call you with an arrival date, including a scheduled 4-hour window.
• If the delivery date is inconvenient for you, you can reschedule for a more convenient date.
• Requires a signature of someone 18 years or older.
• Delivery is made to the main door of the building, and not to a specific unit or suite number.
• Does not include setup.
• Available only in the 48 continental United States.

In-Home Oversized Shipping is identical to Oversized Shipping except the item will be delivered to the specific unit or suite number and dropped off in the room of your choice.
